Silver Meet Parents -

The Silver Meet is on Saturday July 23 at Hillsmere (100 Phipps Ln, Annapolis, MD 21403).

Warm Ups:

Arrive at the pool no later than 7:00am. Warm ups begin at 7:25am and goes to 7:40am. We have lanes 4 & 5.

Volunteers:

A special shout out to our amazing team of Stroke and Turn Officials (Chris Guy, Erin Claxton, Tess Seege, Jay Brinson and Julia Wenegrat) for volunteering their services at all Medal Meets so we do not have to provide any other volunteers for this meet or the Gold meet. S&T check in at the volunteer table prior to 7:45. S&T meeting is at 8:10am. However, please make sure your swimmer makes it to the clerk of course on time - no one from the staging area will search the pool area for your swimmer.

Parking and Seating areas:

Parking is tight. Carpooling is recommended. There is no parking along Phipps Drive. Overflow parking is along the other neighborhood side streets. Do NOT park on the grass or block any residential driveways or mailboxes. Follow signs and directions of parking attendants. Team seating is inside the pool area behind the diving well (see diagram). There is NO swimming or wading in any pool areas not used for competition. Bring your own chairs. If anyone wants to bring the Southdown Sharks tent, let me know. It does not fit in my car.

Concessions will be available. Cash and Venmo accepted.

The Heat sheet is attached. A final heat sheet will be sent on Friday if there are any scratches between now and then.
