Practice Cancelled & Technique Videos

Happy Thursday!

Since the pool is closed today, practice will be cancelled again this evening. I have attached some educational videos that explain and reinforce the techniques we have been focusing on in practice. Please watch these videos with your swimmers. All of us coaches are very impressed with the first week of practice!! We are very eager to see what our swimmers are capable of this season :-)
