Good afternoon,

I have attached the entries for each medal meet below. Heat sheets and timelines and additional details will be sent out for each meet in the next couple days. Apologies in advanced for the consistent communication this week, we are in the home stretch. For those not participating, feel free to come to the meets to support your Sharks and see some fast swimming!!

Relay teams must check in together before warm ups end or else they will not be able to swim.

Make sure your swimmers are eating healthy and getting lots of sleep this week, not just the night before. I can't wait to see our Sharks show out one last time.
